Built from the DNA of the legendary GP1300R and the Championship-winning FZR SVHO, the all-new GP1800 sprints like a champion athlete, but with the punching-power of a heavy-weight boxer.

Beating in the heart of the new GP1800 is Yamaha’s competition-proven 1.8L supercharged, Super Vortex High Output marine engine. Renowned as the largest engine in the industry, this high-torque engine is perfectly matched with Yamaha's 160mm, 8-vane high-pressure pump; delivering more acceleration and more performance than any other Yamaha WaveRunner in history.

The key to complete-performance is control, and the new GP1800 handles like no other WaveRunner before it. Featuring modified strakes, softer bow chines and a deep yet aggressive keel design results in razor-sharp and precise handling. 
Benefitting from Yamaha's exclusive material innovation and development, the race-ready NanoXcel2 hull and deck significantly reduces overall hull weight, while increasing strength and durability for an impressive power-to-weight ratio. 

Storage around the watercraft is an impressive 93.2 litres, including a cavernous bow storage area, a removable watertight bucket at the stern and twin drink holders within the glove box.

With evolution comes refinement. The GP1800 features a host of technological advancements to make riding easier and more enjoyable.
At the helm you’ll find a full digital display gauge, which is flanked by integrated rear-view mirrors. Yamaha’s exclusive RiDE dual throttle control system with electric trim provides intuitive control in all conditions and is complemented by colour-matched pistol handgrips. With comfort in mind, CNC-cut Hydro-turf mats surround the rider underfoot, while a 3-person sports-bolstered seat keeps the rider in check during tight manoeuvres.
